We developed a new brand positioning and communications campaign (including nationwide TV), along with detailed brand guidelines to shift the perception that National University is not an online diploma mill, but a respected institution with a gold standard of quality education rooted in its 27 campuses. This campaign became a guide for the University's internal team and, they in turn, they saw a significant uptick in interest and applications.
